IT & Network Support Technician II

Family Service Association in San Antonio is looking for a MIS Technician II to provide technical support and problem resolution for our IT and telecommunications systems. The successful candidate will assist staff in resolving technology-related issues while ensuring alignment with Social Determinants of Health. Qualified applicants should have IT certifications, strong experience in helpdesk support, and proficiency in network configurations.
