Maintenance Assistant

You'll play an important role in helping keep our facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents and team. You'll assist with a variety of maintenance and repair needs throughout the facility, including: General maintenance and repairs Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Maintaining the building, equipment, and grounds Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner Assisting with preventative maintenance and safety inspections Helping ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working with their hands. Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or general repairs is preferred, along with basic knowledge of building maintenance. Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
