Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this patient-centered role, you will implement PT treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and support residents in regaining function, mobility, and independence. Collaborating closely with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members, you’ll document progress, ensure safety, and educate patients and families.
