You’ll speak with existing customers who already trust the brand and are open to solutions. Your mission is to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close the sale while maximizing every interaction. What You’ll Do Take high-volume inbound calls from existing customers Uncover needs and recommend the right security solutions Confidently overcome objections and close deals Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per call Build trust quickly while maintaining a strong sales close What It Takes To Win Sales mindset – 6+ months of sales experience preferred Call center experience – Thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Strong closer – Comfortable upselling and asking for the sale Money-motivated – You want your paycheck to reflect your effort Tech confident – Able to multitask across multiple systems Technical Requirements Operating System : Windows 11 - Must be able to update to latest windows updates (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible). Hardware : Minimum 16 GB RAM and Intel I5 processor (10th gen or higher) Internet : Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload. Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem. Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training. Important: Dual monitors are required for this role to efficiently manage multiple applications simultaneously.
