Legal Solutions Consultant, eDiscovery (LSC)

Role can be located in any of the following locations: (East Coast + MidWest)

As a Legal Solutions Consultant (LSC) (aka Project Manager, Solutions Architect, or Client Services), at IST Management, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of e-Discovery projects from beginning to end + sell e-Discovery services and collect commissions . This is a unique opportunity for a senior level Project Manager who is ready to earn more. This is a full time, remote role.

You’ll draw on your wealth of experience using the Relativity platform, and will have the ability to draw upon your network to bring in e-Discovery project work, that you will own.

Compensation: Starting at $125,000.0 Yr+ pending experience and performance during interview process, plus commissions and billed PM hours

**Monthly revenue exceeding 25k for a given month is commissionable, with no cap

\n

\n

Offering - Commission Rate

\n

eDiscovery Processing and Hosting - 6%

\n

Forensic Collections - up to 10%

\n

Court Reporting (excluding shipping) - 5%

\n

Managed Review - 1% to 6%

\n

Nearline Hosting - 1%

\n

PM Time Billed - 1%

\n

Misc. Billing - 2.5%

\n

Qualifications:

\n

In order to be successful in the Legal Solutions Consultant (LSC) role, you will need:

\n

\n

\n
1. Strong, senior level experience with Relativity
\n
2. Law Firm Experience preferred
\n
3. Relationships with clients, past and present, who you feel will bring in e-Discovery work - this is key!
\n
4. The ability and desire to bring in net new business. Our superior training team will train you on the sales piece + provide tool and resources for your success
\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

In addition to your experience as an e-Disc PM and network – candidates will also possess the skills and experience to perform the following:

\n

\n
• Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences with clients
\n
• Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization, including for milestone reviews; meeting management and team management
\n
• Define, measure, and report key performance indicators, including specific objectives per project to be evaluated upon completion
\n
• Build, manage, and execute detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including: budget and resource control, scheduling and regular progress reporting into senior management and project team members company-wide across all departments, and ensuring timely completion of goals, and ensuring all information is appropriately documented and secured
\n
• Perform risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis; identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenge assumptions
\n
• Manage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platforms
\n
