Customer Service Representative

21st Century Tile is a trusted flooring wholesale distributor serving the Butler, WI area. We pride ourselves on offering a wide selection of quality tile and flooring products alongside exceptional customer service. We are a fast-paced, customer-first business and are looking for a motivated team member to join our front-of-house staff. Position Overview The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, both in-store and remotely. You will play a key role in delivering a positive experience from first contact through the completion of each sale or inquiry. This role requires someone with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people find the right products for their needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls promptly and address customer questions or direct inquiries appropriately Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups Collaborate with sales and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment Assist customers in selecting products that meet their project needs What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you genuinely enjoy working with people Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proficient with basic computer and email communication Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior experience in customer service, retail, or office administration preferred Experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person Compensation & Schedule Pay: $18-28, based on experience Full-time position with consistent hours Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Customer service: at least 1 year (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr 21st Century Tile
