Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with diagnostic procedures and treatments, and observing and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms. Responsibilities:

• Administers and records medications and treatments

• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals

• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama

• CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• 7pm-7am and 7pm-7am (12-hour shifts)
