AI Platform Engineer

To develop and maintain infrastructure and tooling for enterprise AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Platform and Harness Engineer will design and build capabilities for Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Generative AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and security. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI platform capabilities for LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and Generative AI applications Develop reusable AI harnesses for testing, evaluation, and quality assurance of AI models Implement observability and monitoring solutions for AI applications, ensuring performance and reliability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud engineering 2+ years of experience building or supporting Generative AI or LLM applications Strong programming experience in Python and experience developing APIs and backend services Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
