Job Description We are seeking a Contract Mortgage Processor to become part of our team. You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate commercial loans. This is a contract processing role; payments are per file (1099). Compensation: $895 per file when it closes; $295 per file if it dies. We supply a minimum of ten files per month. Location: 800 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY 10573. The role is in‑office but can transition to a hybrid schedule after 60 days (2 days a week). Responsibilities Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods. Guide customers through the loan application process. File loan applications and supporting documents. Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. Qualifications Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields. Familiarity with financial and lending practices. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
