Hotel Operations Manager - Guest Experience Leader

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead hotel operations in Atlanta, GA. The AGM will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, ensure guest and associate satisfaction, and promote a safe, compliant work environment. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, daily oversight, and participating in revenue management to meet EBITDA goals.
