This role is specifically for a high-calibre professional with extensive experience in Cost Plus Contracts to lead on-site teams for High-End Luxury Residential projects and Royal Palaces . This is a demanding, high-reward position requiring a six-day working week and the gravitas to manage senior-level client relationships. Mandatory Requirements Professional Status: MRICS Chartered Status is essential (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Education: A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized Western University (3-year study minimum). Contractual Expertise: Mandatory, in-depth experience with Cost PLUS Contracts . Sector Experience: Proven track record in High-End Luxury Hotels, Resorts, or Palaces . Experience: Current or recent experience as an Associate Director (or equivalent) within a Construction Cost Consultancy . Commitment: Availability to mobilize within one month and the desire to work a six-day week . Salary & Executive Benefits Tax-Free Basic: 60,000 – 67,000 SAR per month. Overtime: Significant additional payments for the 6th working day.
