Home Front Solutions is recruiting applicants in Burlington, NC and nearby communities for full-time residential fiber internet sales. Retail, wireless, hospitality and customer service experience can transfer well. No previous fiber sales experience is required.

This is outdoor, in-person, door-to-door work: a commission-only 1099 independent contractor role with no base pay or guaranteed earnings.

PAY & PERFORMANCE BONUS

- $1,500-$3,000/week in potential commissions is an employer estimate, not typical or audited earnings. Actual earnings vary and may be zero.

- Eligible commissions are paid by Friday direct deposit.

- $5,000 bonus: complete your first 90 days AND at least 150 completed installations within those same 90 days, starting on your first field day. Both requirements apply.

- Written terms govern verification, expenses, cancellations, chargebacks and payment timing.

YOUR WORK

- Meet residents, check address eligibility through the approved process and explain available fiber plans, pricing and conditions accurately.

- Record accurate orders and follow up on installation.

- Learn the product and field process through provided training.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone with data.

- Clear communication, follow-through and comfort working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Authorization to work in the United States.
