To ensure seamless service delivery, the part-time Service Coordinator will manage support requests, dispatch tickets, and maintain client documentation while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Monitor, triage, and dispatch support tickets to technicians Coordinate onsite and remote service appointments while communicating status updates to clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring adherence to service delivery processes Required qualifications Experience in customer service, coordination, dispatching, or administrative roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ticketing systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize requests and assess urgency effectively Comfort using multiple technology platforms and business systems
