Top Requirements Deep expertise with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System, including PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, PI Interfaces (PI API, OPC DA/UA, RDBMS, PI to PI, DNP3), and PI Integrator for Business Analytics (PI I4BA). Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability, disaster recovery solutions for enterprise-level PI environments. Strong background in scripting and coding with PI SDK, AF SDK, PowerShell, C#, and SQL for developing dashboards, reports, and custom applications. Experience supporting mission-critical industrial systems with 24/7 availability, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid incident response. Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity considerations, and system safety principles. ITIL process knowledge, including experience with ServiceNow or similar support tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
