Corporate Accountant

Supports Finance with the preparation and filing of various SEC filings Assists Finance with the administration and maintenance of the Company’s lease accounting software Supports the Vice President of Accounting with the integrity of recorded transactions and the reported financial results of the company to ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles（"GAAP"） Responsible for the preparation of account reconciliations of the various general ledger accounts Assists with special projects and initiative Responsible for, supports and coordinates various month-end close activities Assists with the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements and month-end reporting packages Assists the Tax Director with various tax related initiatives Assists with the administration of and accounting for the Company’s equity compensation programs Will serve as one of the points of contact between corporate accounting, the various accounting teams throughout the Company Will serve as a point of contact for external and internal auditors Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting Public Accounting Experience An active CPA license and experience preparing financial statements for a publicly traded company #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnacle Partners, Inc
