Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Tucson, AZ, supporting patient recovery and management of chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based therapy in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document according to facility and payer requirements.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations and maintain professional conduct throughout the assignment. (Preferred: specific productivity benchmark to be defined by client.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care plans of care.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and regulatory requirements.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Candidate may be expected to float to nearby facilities as needed.
