Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Municipal & Land Development)
An established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of municipal and land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to manage impactful projects while collaborating with a growing, nationally connected team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial site development projects
- Lead project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Oversee engineering design, plan review, and technical documentation
- Coordinate roadway, drainage, stormwater, and capital improvement projects
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of consulting engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
