What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven PLC troubleshooting experience (no programming required).

• No prior hydraulic or schematic knowledge required—experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret PLC language/terminology to aid in fault isolation.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to the team.

Compensation

• $28–$30 per hour to start, depending on experience.
• Flexibility to offer a higher rate for exceptional experience, with growth potential.
