Avir Trilogy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join our team!

We're looking for a Director of Rehabilitation who can run a therapy department well and build one worth working in. You'll own day-to-day operations and administrative management of all therapy services, from scheduling treatment days against the plan of care to keeping documentation timely and productivity on target.

The other half of this job is people. You'll set the tone for how therapists work together, how the department shows up for patients and families, and how it partners with the facility and referral sources.

What You'll Do:

• Drive patient care, employee relations, customer service, and financial results through strong leadership and effective management of staff, customers, and referral sources.

• Direct day-to-day operations and administrative management of all therapy services.

• Oversee implementation of established therapy plans of care and manage scheduled treatment days against each plan.

• Track admissions and discharges so evaluating therapists are scheduled for timely evaluations and discharge summaries.

• Confirm therapists complete documentation accurately, completely, and on time.

• Monitor therapist productivity, labor hours, flextime, and overtime.

• Maintain staffing levels and notify the Facility Administrator when needs aren't met.

• Promote a safe working environment by following and enforcing facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Director of Rehabilitation:

• Current license in the state of hire as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired specific to discipline.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
