???? What You’ll Do as a Companion Caregiver

As a companion caregiver, your role is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected while living at home. 

Responsibilities Include:
???? Providing companionship and engaging conversation  
???? Light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up  
???? Preparing simple meals and encouraging hydration  
???? Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping  
???? Medication reminders  
???? Participating in enjoyable activities like puzzles, crafts, walks, music, or games  
???? Offering encouragement, emotional support, and a caring presence  

 
What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 18 years old
✔ Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)  
✔ Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality  
✔ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle preferred  
✔ CPR & First Aid certification preferred (can obtain after hire)  
✔ Current two-step TB clearance preferred (can obtain after hire)  
✔ Strong communication skills and professional attitude  
✔ Ability to work independently and provide exceptional client care
