Living out our values of Grower Mindset, Sustainable Results, Integrity Above All, Inclusive Teamwork (GRIT) has made Ocean Spray a creative, entrepreneurial, energetic, and fun place to work.Position Description:The Sustainability Intern will support Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts by collaborating with the Sustainability Team and other stakeholders to progress sustainability initiatives and reporting. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data for sustainability reporting, customer requests, and projects. As an intern, you may be exposed to multiple sustainability initiatives through meetings, shadowing, and projects.Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Ability requirements:Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical and data management skills (especially Excel; ability to work with large, complex datasets)Foundational understanding of sustainability conceptsAttention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracyResearch and critical thinking skills to review data, audits, and other sustainability researchClear communication and organization skills to document findings and support cross-functional projectsHourly Pay Range:$25.00 - $32.00Duration & Location:Position will start June 8, 2026, and run for 10-12 weeks.Traditional work week but with summer Fridays 8:00am-12:30pm; flexibility and off-site work may be required for project travel, experimental test runs, customer discovery.Interns will have the opportunity to participate in multiple events throughout the summer including leadership panels, a day of fun in Boston and learning sessions from various business functions.This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (about 45 minutes South of Boston – Exit 6 off of Rte 495)Who We Are:You might have our iconic cranberry juice in your fridge or have gotten into heated holiday debate about what’s better - canned or fresh cranberry sauce.
