You'll help customers find the right parts, process orders, manage inquiries, and keep our Parts Counter running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your product knowledge and communication skills directly impact customer satisfaction.RWC Group is a family-owned commercial truck dealership with 21 locations across the Western US. We serve owner-operators, fleets, and trucking companies with quality parts, service, and support. Our team is dedicated to keeping trucks running and customers satisfied.What You'll DoAssist customers (retail, wholesale, fleet accounts) at the parts counter in person & phoneIdentify parts needs, locate parts in inventory, and provide technical recommendationsProcess parts orders, quotes, and special orders accuratelyMaintain an organized, clean, and professional parts counterManage parts displays, pricing, and inventory informationAnswer customer questions about specifications, compatibility, and deliverySupport the Parts Manager with inventory counts and data entryBuild relationships with repeat customersWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in automotive parts, truck parts, or dealership counter sales (preferred, but we'll train motivated candidates)Familiar with DMS or other parts systemStrong communication and customer service skills (Spanish speaking a plus)Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentBasic computer skills and comfort with inventory/ordering systemsDrive, organized, detail-oriented, and reliableValid driver's licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly wage: $23–$28/hour (based on experience, qualifications)Opportunity to earn commission – the sky is the limitHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) plan with a matchPaid time off and holidaysFriendly, supportive team environmentOpportunity for advancementRWC Group has the right to revise this job description at any time.
