ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - my dad is a State Farm agent, I interned with State Farm Corporate, and later worked for another agent before opening my own agency. I attended Western Michigan University, played hockey, and still enjoy following the sport. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and kids.

Our agency is built on creating lasting relationships with our customers and making a positive impact in the community through the work we do every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
