Clinical Trial Assistant

Revolution Medicines seeks an entry-level Clinical Trial Assistant to support oncology clinical trial execution and management. The role involves coordinating study documents, maintaining trial master files, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate clinical operations activities.

Responsibilities Develop, review, and archive study-specific documents, training materials, and manuals Establish and maintain trial master files and coordinate with CRO partners Create and track information for key study activities and update clinical systems Prepare meeting materials, schedule meetings, and document meeting minutes Gather investigator and site information for study startup, maintenance, and closeout Requirements RN or bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related health field 1-3 years relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
