Family Nurse Practitioner

Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is looking to hire a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner, who is dedicated to making a positive impact, at our Seguin Family Health Center and Luling Community Health Center locations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients. DIagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner certification State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Primary care nursing experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
