StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24;On Call Pay Rate: $1823.60 - $1974.00

This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: 2 weekends per month; Friday at 4 PM to Monday at 6 AM

* Practice Setting: Inpatient,

* Types of Cases: Endoscopy or Laryngoscopy in the clinic

* Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

* Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)

* Licensure Required: Must have a Massachusetts License in hand, must be Board Certified.
