LPN Unit Care Leader for Geriatric Rehab

Life Care of Puyallup is seeking an LPN Unit Care Coordinator to supervise and manage patient care on the unit, coordinating with nursing staff and families in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. You will lead daily functions, document care, administer medications as ordered, respond to emergencies, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment for residents receiving long-term and short-term care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Care Centers of America
