This is your foot in the door to a trade career that includes painting, water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, insulation, and detailed cleaning. What You'll Do:

• Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work
• Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days)
• Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes
• Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more
• Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you
• Learn valuable skills in restoration, remodeling, and remediation

Schedule & Requirements:

• MondayFriday (some weekends as needed)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed

Serving Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton, and the surrounding Appalachian Highlands Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
