Supervisor de Campo Arequipa

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional comprometido y proactivo para el puesto de Supervisor de Operaciones y Seguridad, con experiencia en el rubro de transporte de carga pesada y operaciones mineras. Funciones Principales Supervisar las maniobras de carga y descarga de las unidades en clientes, depósitos o unidades mineras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los protocolos establecidos. Verificar y mantener la operatividad de la flota, tanto dentro como fuera de las instalaciones de la empresa. Asegurar que el personal y las unidades cumplan con los estándares de seguridad exigidos por la empresa y los clientes. Elaborar y comunicar reportes de incidentes, accidentes o actos subestándar ocurridos durante las operaciones. Validar que la documentación de la flota (SOAT, CITV, SCTR, pólizas, etc.) se encuentre vigente y en regla. Completar correctamente formatos de seguridad como IPERC, PTS, Check List preoperacional, ATS, entre otros. Brindar apoyo en tareas operativas como el trincado, estiba o verificación del carguío. Ejecutar charlas de seguridad, pausas activas y reforzamientos preventivos a conductores en base y en ruta. Otras funciones que le sean asignadas en el marco del puesto. Requisitos del Puesto Importarnte vivir en el distrito de La Joya Carrera técnica en Seguridad Industrial, Transporte, Logística o afines. Certificación vigente en MATPEL I y II. Cursos en manejo defensivo y normas de tránsito aplicadas al transporte de carga. Experiencia comprobada en operaciones logísticas del sector minero (mínimo 2 años). Conocimiento en ploteo de rutas mineras y protocolos de ingreso a unidades mineras. Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas básicas e instrumentos de seguridad. Licencia de conducir AIIB vigente (indispensable). Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y desplazamientos constantes.
