About the Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing a broad range of visual assets, including executive presentations, corporate reports, marketing materials, website content, social media graphics, internal communications, and print collateral. As the sole designer on the Corporate Communications team, this individual must be highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing priorities independently.

Success in this role requires someone who can effectively balance competing deadlines, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, and maintain a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling materials for both internal and external communications.
• Create executive-level presentations and PowerPoint decks that effectively communicate complex information.
• Design annual reports, white papers, client-facing documents, infographics, and other corporate communications materials.
• Produce digital assets for company websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other online channels.
• Create and manage print materials including brochures, event materials, signage, and branded collateral.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments including executive leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and business development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand standards across all communication channels.
• Translate business objectives into creative solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Organize incoming design requests and proactively manage workload in an environment without a formal project management or intake process.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience supporting corporate, marketing, communications, or agency environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
• Strong experience creating executive presentations and PowerPoint decks.
• Experience designing both digital and print communications materials.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of work across presentations, reports, social media, web, and print.
• Exceptional visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Highly organized with strong project and workload management skills.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience preparing files for print production and digital publishing.
