Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Title Hospice Registered Nurse Location Canonsburg, PA (supporting patients in Canonsburg and surrounding areas) Job Overview This ongoing role requires 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, as a staff RN in our home health and hospice program. Registered Nurses collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans, providing excellence in a team‑based environment. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate hospice care for patients within the assigned geographic area. Manage patient care plans and maintain accurate charting and documentation. Use tablets, smartphones, and EMR software to record care data. Drive up to 20% of the day to patient locations. Meet critical documentation deadlines and maintain high quality of care. Qualifications RN license in the state of practice. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations. Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Ability to self‑manage time and schedule. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
