Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday, 10:40a-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday, 7:40am-5pm and Friday, 7:40a-1pm

Duration: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Position Overview

Our client, a well-established dental office in Newark, DE, is seeking a reliable, friendly, and Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice.

Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using EagleSoft Software
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Verify and update patient insurance information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient communication
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies

Skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Proficiency with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
