GTM Engineer

To support the development of a cutting-edge go-to-market engine, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and build AI-powered systems, manage the GTM tech stack, and collaborate closely with the CRO to shape commercial strategy. Key responsibilities Own and architect the GTM tech stack, ensuring effective data flow and tool integration Build AI-native pipeline workflows that automate account management and outreach processes Collaborate with the CRO to provide data-driven insights on market strategy and account segmentation Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a technical sales/marketing role Proven ability to build complex enrichment, automation, or AI-powered workflows Experience with tools like Clay and strong understanding of CRM data models Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of ideal customer profiles and funnel economics Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating ownership and initiative
