Lake City is located approximately 60 miles from Jacksonville and 30 miles from Gainesville, Florida. Lake City Anesthesia is transitioning from an all MD to a Care Team model. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team in a low acuity hospital-no trauma, no OB, new GE machines, pyxis, MedAction EHR. Incentive and Benefits Package: W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant Choice of a 75K start date bonus for a 3-year commitment or 50K/2 years. Competitive compensation package, based on years of experience with additional stipend for chief position. 8 weeks Paid Time Away from Practice- frontloaded.
