Du verstehst den Geschäftsprozess, priorisierst Use Cases nach Hebel und baust in kurzer Zeit eine Lösung, die produktiv läuft — und Du prägst, wie unsere Engineering-Organisation aussieht.## Was Dich erwartet### Direkt beim Kunden bauenBeschaffung, Netzanträge, CO2-Reporting, Vertragsmanagement. Welchen Prozess wir als nächstes automatisieren, entscheidest Du mit.### Enterprise-Qualität liefernDSGVO-konform, auditierbar, sicher. Unsere Kunden setzen die Lösung produktiv ein — und das tun sie nur, wenn sie stabil ist.### Stack mitgestaltenSprachen, Deployment-Pipeline, reusable Assets, Security-Framework — Du prägst das mit. Tech-Lead- / Head-of-Engineering-Perspektive explizit.### Business sehen, nicht nur CodeWir bauen nur, wenn sich der Case rechnet. Du verstehst das und sagst auch mal: das lohnt nicht, aber das hier schon.### Was Du mitbringst4+ Jahre Software Engineering in Produkt-Teams. Python oder TypeScript solide, Cloud und APIs im Griff, Basics in Security und Datenschutz.
