Caregiver - Full-time

Job Summary:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? As a Caregiver with Suma Home Care, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the Quarryville, PA area. Our mission is to stay connected to your family when you can't be there yourself, and we are seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding

• Assist with mobility and transferring clients as needed

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to our care team

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed
