Responsibilities as Director of Social Services:

• Experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting.
• Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
• Strong, but comforting, communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.

Qualifications for Director of Social Services:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
• LSW/CSW licensure required
