Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to create customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, providing insightful input regarding treatment efficacy.
• Deliver patient-centered care by consulting and educating patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to align with each patient's recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the practice.

Our Richmond facility serves a diverse patient population, focusing on delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals across multiple specialties. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current, valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective patient interaction.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic medical record software.
• A commitment to developing enduring relationships with patients that encourage their active engagement in the rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
