Operations Supervisor

Posted Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 4:00 AM Operations Supervisor PSC Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs Collaborate with PSC’s commercial team to sustain and grow the site’s book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned Preferred Strengths Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Adaptable and organized with the ability to manage changing priorities Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development Willingness to relocate for career growth opportunities Qualifications Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization Ability to speak, read, and write English Regular attendance and punctuality required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required) Why join the PSC team?
