Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities: Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community. Prepares vacant units for occupancy. Inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs. Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner. Performs duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures . High school diploma required. Universal CFC license required. Minimum 4 years related experience required. Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred. Must have own transportation . Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Salary commensurate with qualifications.
