Canvassing Manager – Storm Guard Roofing (Madison, WI) Location: Madison, WI Compensation: $60,000 Base + Personal Bonuses + Monthly Override Year 1 Earnings: $100,000+ (unrestricted) Responsibilities The role is a hands‑on leadership position focused on building and driving a successful canvassing team in the Madison market. Recruit & Build Your Team – Hire and develop a team of 10–15 canvassers, continuously bringing in new talent. Train for Performance – Own initial onboarding and ongoing development, sharpening scripts, knowledge and confidence. Drive Results – Maximize team output (knocks, sets, appointments), hold standards and elevate performance. Create a Winning Culture – Build a competitive, high‑energy, positive environment; recognize wins, coach through losses, keep the team moving forward. Lead by Example – Field presence that motivates and guides the team. Schedule Monday–Thursday: Afternoon & evening shifts; Friday: Make‑up / optional day; Saturday: Field day (key production day). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of canvassing experience. Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and develop people. High energy, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills. Ability to recruit, train, and retain a team. Desire to win and seeing the team win even more. Compensation & Benefits $60K base salary. Uncapped personal bonuses.
