Mammography Technologist Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join a dedicated outpatient imaging team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality breast imaging services while ensuring a comfortable and supportive experience for patients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent patient care and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures (including 3D mammography)
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality imaging for radiologist interpretation
• Assist with diagnostic workups in collaboration with radiologists
• Provide patient education, guidance, and emotional support throughout procedures
• Maintain compliance with ACR and regulatory standards
• Support additional imaging services such as breast ultrasound, MRI, DEXA, and image-guided biopsy (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• ARRT(R)(M) certification required
• Active Mammography certification
• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
• Strong positioning and technical imaging skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
• No evenings, no on-call, and no weekend requirements
• Part-Time options available (specific weekday availability required)
