Vascular Ultrasonographer PRN

Position Overview A casual position is available at Corewell Health Grosse Pointe Hospital, located at 468 Cadieux Rd, Grosse Pointe, a 280‑bed acute care campus. Responsibilities Under the site designate leader and according to established policies performs accurate and efficient ultrasound exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times. Qualifications Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent, with minimal student‑level experience. Registered by ARDMS or registry eligible; paid at trainee rate for up to 1 year. Unregistered: must obtain at least one (ABD or OB/GYN) within 1 year; additional registry within two years from date of hire. Registered at hire: additional registry required within 1 year. CRT‑Vascular Tech‑ARDMS‑ within 1 year from hire for Vascular Department. Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.
