Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our representatives drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where the representative delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. Obtained a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, meeting all Department of Transportation requirements. Preferred Qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑focused environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit. Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program.
