Position Title: (BCBA) Location: Hesperia (and surrounding areas) Position type: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hourly pay: $65.00-$85.00 BCBA JOB SUMMARY: Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists Conduct FBAs Write Progress Reports Design intervention/treatment plans Provide Parent Training Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists Participate in team meetings Participate in Quality Assurance QUALIFICATIONS Passionate about working with children and families Bilingual in Spanish Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields. Ability to pass a background clearance TB clearance Excellent knowledge in report writing Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
