Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Signing bonus Training & development Job Description As a home health nurse - LPN, your responsibilities will be to assess patients' condition with face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patients' quality of life. Job Requirements Successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution. Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current FL State LPN license is required. Locations Now hiring in: Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando counties.
