Job Summary: Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a Trauma Medical Director to lead the Level III trauma and acute care surgery services in El Paso, TX.
Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified in General Surgery with experience in a trauma program or BC/BE in Surgical Critical Care Provide leadership in the clinical management of trauma services Minimum of fifteen, 24-hour unrestricted call shifts per month in addition to at least 1 day in outpatient clinic per week Inpatient trauma and acute care with a rotation in an Outpatient clinic Experience in laparoscopic and robotics preferred Level III Trauma program: Registry volume 823, Trauma Admissions 414, Blunt 321, Penetrating 10 Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure Must be ATLS Certified Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k CME and dues allowance Relocation assistance No state income tax About Las Palmas Medical Center:

Las Palmas Medical Center is also the only Kidney Transplant Center in the Region.
