GORUCK is looking for a multi-talented Marketing & Media Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality photography and video for social channels, ads, and product launches.
• Graphic Design: Create impactful assets for web updates, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Digital Execution: Build and design email layouts that resonate with our community.
• Shopify Management: Build and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ensuring visual specs and descriptions are sharp and focused.

The Requirements

• Local Presence: Based in Jacksonville Beach, FL for daily on-site work at GORUCK HQ.
• GORUCK Native: Deep understanding of the GORUCK ethos, rucking lifestyle and community.
• Toolkit: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and comfortable navigating Shopify.
• Experience: You need 1–3 years of hands-on technical reps to hit the ground running, but your portfolio is what proves you can execute autonomously.
• Authentic Voice: Ability to balance "authentic edginess" with the functional needs of a growing e-commerce business.
• Willingness to Travel: You are ready to hit the road when necessary—commitment to the mission comes first.
• Growth Mindset: This is an individual contributor role perfect for someone who is hands-on, hungry to learn, and ready to help build digital content from the ground up.
