About the Role:

Gardiner & Theobald is currently looking to add a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to our Enclosures & Facades team. In this role, the Senior Project Manager – E&F will play a vital role in managing one or multiple projects to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise in building sciences or envelope design and consulting to solve complex problems and own every aspect of the project lifecycle. Additionally, this role will actively participate in client meetings and will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation development with improved quality and efficiency
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities
• Manage and perform all tasks required to deliver a project:
• Contract review and development
• Cost estimate/report review
• Industry benchmarking
• Effectively develop documentation, including the following:
• RFP's
• Construction Project schedules
• Action item matrices
• Meeting minutes and agendas
• Participate in client presentations for new work
• Comfortably and efficiently chair project meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-10 years' experience in construction, architecture, engineering, environmental science, or related field
• Experience managing/conducting Local Law-11/FISP work
• Certified Infrared Thermographer not required, but preferred
• WUFI or other hygrothermal analytics experience a plus
• Technical or professional license not required, but preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of waterproofing, roofing, AVB, curtain wall & fenestration, opaque wall systems
• Experience conducting Building Enclosure Commissioning tasks, certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Attend weekly project meetings on active construction sites
