Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to float between ICUs and telemetry - Familiarity with various patient diagnoses including Stroke/Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, and General Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to join our team. The position requires the ability to manage complex patient needs across multiple specialties. Candidates must be well-versed in stroke, neuro, cardiac, trauma, and general patient care. Responsibilities include the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and multi-system organ dysfunction. Candidates should have experience with arterial and central line care and management. Continuous IV sedation and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips are also key responsibilities. Management of ventilated patients and arterial blood gas interpretation are essential skills. Compliance with strict dress code is required. Candidates must adhere to specific grooming standards, including tattoo coverage and restrictions on piercings. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary support team is crucial.
